Do I need to be on site for the shoot?
We'd love to meet you in person, although most of our shoots are done without anyone on site. Just make sure you give us all the information we need to access the property. That could be a garage code, lockbox code, or a hidden key - whatever works best for you.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
It usually takes us 12-24 hours to deliver the final photos. Our editing team works overnight to ensure that you receive your content within 24 hours
What if it rains on the day of my shoot?
If it rains on the day of the photo shoot, we will still proceed with the shoot as we are equipped to handle inclement weather. We are based in the PNW and are ready for the rain. Our equipment is water-resistant, and we have methods to protect it from the elements.
However, we include blue sky replacement and can even provide rain drop removal(may delay photo delivery) in editing.
Additionally, we are unable to fly drones in the rain as water droplets on the lens can negatively impact the final images. If it is raining on the day of your scheduled drone shoot, it is best to reschedule, but please note that additional charges may apply.
Do you use HDR photography?
Yes! We use HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography to capture a greater range of light and dark areas in a single photograph. This is achieved by taking multiple photos of the same scene at different exposures and then combining them into a single image. The result is a photo that has a more balanced exposure and greater detail in both the highlights and shadows, making it appear more realistic and closer to what the human eye would see. It can be helpful to show all details of the room, highlight the features of the property and make the images look more appealing.
How much do you charge for your services?

How many photos do you typically take at a property?
We do not have limits for the numbers or photos but shoot as many as needed. Generally, starting at around 30 images.
Do you offer any kind of post-processing or editing services?
Yes, we offer post-processing and editing services such as green grass replacement, object removal, blue sky replacement, virtual twilight and virtual staging.
Are you able to work with a specific schedule or do you have set availability?
Our online booking feature makes it easy to book your desired time. If the calendar doesn't show a time that works for you, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer any discounts or package deals?
Yes, we offer discounts and package deals for our clients. Check our the booking page for our discounted package options. If you are a new agent email us and we will send you a first time agent discount code!
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for your protection and peace of mind. Need a COI or W-9? Just let us know and we will send it over.
Are you able to travel to shoot properties outside of your local area?
If you're a local agent working with a property that is located outside of our usual service area, we'd be happy to help. However, there may be an additional travel fee.
